为了解决目前我国煤矿井巷道开拓过程中,由于单体锚杆支护效率低下导致的掘支矛盾问题,通过分析研究,提出了开发研制锚杆钻车的思路。详细介绍了这种新型全液压锚杆钻车的工作原理、结构特点及工业试验情况。试验结果表明,该钻车达到了预期设计要求,是与掘进机配套作业的高效机械化快速巷道支护装备。
In order to solve the contradiction between excavation and support due to the low efficiency of single bolting during the process of mine roadway development in our country, the idea of developing bolt drilling vehicle is put forward through analysis and research. This paper introduces in detail the working principle, structural characteristics and industrial test of this new type of full hydraulic anchor drilling rig. The test results show that the drill has reached the expected design requirements and is an efficient and mechanized fast laneway supporting equipment for supporting the roadheading machine.
