随着市场经济体制的建立,设备生产厂家的售后服务观念也随之增强.作为购买设备的一方,应充分利用这一有利形势,争取生产厂家把售后服务做得深入细致,以利使用维修.1987年外方来我厂安装调试进口罗兰机时,我厂技术人员虚心求教,向外方提出一些使用、维修中可能遇到的问题.让外方感觉到他们不仅提供了设备,还参加了今后的管理和维修工作.他们除给我们解答了问题外,还留下了不少技术资料.我们在以后的使用和管理工作中少走了不少弯路.
