目的:探讨茶多酚(TP)对人宫颈癌Hela细胞生长的影响。方法:应用不同浓度的TP作用于人宫颈癌Hela细胞,采用四甲基偶氮唑蓝(MTT)法检测药物对细胞的增殖抑制率;流式细胞术(FCM)检测细胞凋亡、细胞周期分布。结果:TP能明显抑制Hela细胞的增殖,并呈剂量和时间依赖性;经IC50TP处理Hela细胞后,FCM分析发现实验组G0/G1期Hela细胞与对照组相比均有显著增多,G2/M期细胞逐渐减少;凋亡率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:TP能明显抑制人宫颈癌Hela细胞的增殖,诱导其凋亡。
Objective: To investigate the effect of tea polyphenols (TP) on the growth of human cervical carcinoma Hela cells. Methods: Human cervical cancer Hela cells were treated with different concentrations of TP. The proliferation inhibition rates of the drugs were detected by MTT assay. The apoptosis, cell cycle distributed. Results: TP could significantly inhibit the proliferation of Hela cells in a dose- and time-dependent manner. After treated with IC50TP for Hela cells, FCM analysis showed that Hela cells in G0 / G1 phase were significantly increased compared with control group, and G2 / M Stage cells gradually decreased; apoptosis rate was significantly higher than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: TP can significantly inhibit the proliferation of human cervical cancer Hela cells and induce their apoptosis.
