梅市府办[2017]18号各县(市、区)人民政府、人民武装部,市征兵工作领导小组各成员单位:为进一步加强和规范全市征集大学生士兵工作,根据省政府办公厅、省军区司令部《转发省人民政府征兵办公室关于广东省征集大学生士兵工作实施办法的通知》(粤府办[2017]30号文件)和有关政策规定,结合梅州实际,经市政府、梅州军分区同意,现将有关事项明确如下:
