目的:观察微波电灼祛除尖锐湿疣(CA)疣体后,联合胸腺五肽和咪喹莫特乳膏预防尖锐湿疣复发的效果。方法:选取我院2013年6月至2015年3月门诊治疗的56例尖锐湿疣患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组28例,治疗组接受微波电灼治疗后联合胸腺五肽和咪喹莫特乳膏外用治疗,对照组采用单纯微波电灼疣体治疗。分析比较两组治疗后尖锐湿疣复发率、基本治愈率和不良反应发生的情况。结果:治疗组治疗后1月、3月、6月复发率(分别为3.57%、7.11%、14.29%)低于对照组复发率(分别为14.29%、10.71%、17.86%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);基本治愈率治疗组75%显著高于对照组57.14%;治疗组不良反应发生率为7.11%与对照组的10.71%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组均未出现严重不良反应。结论:微波电灼治疗祛除疣体联合胸腺五肽和咪喹莫特乳膏可以显著提高基本治愈率,降低尖锐湿疣治疗后的复发率,且安全性高。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of combination of thymopentin and imiquimod cream in the prevention of condyloma acuminatum recurrence after microwave electrocautery and wart removal of condyloma acuminatum (CA) wart. Methods: Fifty-six patients with condylomata acuminatum treated in our hospital from June 2013 to March 2015 were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 28) and control group (n = 28). The patients in treatment group received thrombolysis with thymopentin and imiquimod Special external cream treatment, the control group using a simple microwave electric wart treatment. Analysis and comparison of the recurrence rate of condyloma acuminatum after treatment, the basic cure rate and the occurrence of adverse reactions. Results: The recurrence rates (3.57%, 7.11% and 14.29%) in the treatment group after January, March and June were lower than those in the control group (14.29%, 10.71% and 17.86%, respectively) (P <0.05). The basic cure rate was 75% in the treatment group and 57.14% in the control group. There was no significant difference in the rate of adverse reactions between the treatment group and the control group (7.11% vs 10.71%, P> 0.05) No serious adverse reactions occurred in both groups. Conclusion: Microwave-assisted electrocauteric treatment of wart combined with thymopentin and imiquimod cream can significantly improve the basic cure rate, reduce the recurrence rate after condyloma acuminatum treatment, and high safety.
