介绍了一种利用超声波无损测量火炮膛内压力变化或最大压力的新方法.由于在射击过程中膛内压力的变化将引起身管上应力的变化,而应力变化又会引起超声波的变化.因此,通过超声波的变化可推断出膛内压力的变化或最大压力.该方法解决了以往测压必须拆装弹药或在身管上开测压孔的问题.实验表明,所测结果与标准值基本一致,对于靶场及部队使用具有实际意义.
A new method to measure the pressure change or the maximum pressure in the gun chamber by ultrasonic nondestructive measurement is introduced. As the pressure in the bore during the shooting process will lead to changes in the stress on the tube, and stress changes will cause changes in ultrasound. Therefore, the variation of the ultrasonic wave can be inferred that the pressure in the bore is changed or the maximum pressure. The method solves the problem that in the past the pressure measurement must disassemble the ammunition or open the pressure-measuring hole in the barrel. Experiments show that the measured results and the standard value is basically the same, for the shooting range and the use of troops of practical significance.
