在我们进修期间,适逢阿凯迪亚学区的学校流行起了创客教学和学习。走进鲍德温·斯托克小学的1号教室,墙边的一块区域吸引了我们的注意:桌上放着打印机、电脑、3D打印机、4卷不同颜色的塑料线材以及各种造型的3D打印作品。墙面上是用塑料管、木条、橡胶条、行李绳、油画刷、测力计等组成的英语单词“Maker Space”(创客空间)。这是教二年级的格鲁姆老师在他的教室里为学生打造出的一个简单却让他们雀跃的创意空间,让学生们在这个学习环境里动手、动脑。
During our fellowship, Maker Schooling and Learning became popular with schools in the Arcadia School District. Walked into Baldwin Stoke Elementary 1 classroom, an area of the wall that drew our attention: a printer, a computer, a 3D printer, four different colored plastic strands and a variety of styling 3D prints on the table . The walls are made of plastic tubes, wooden strips, rubber strips, luggage ropes, paintbrushes, dynamometers and other English words “Maker Space ” (Creator Space). This is how Groom’s Year 2 teacher creates a simple yet exciting space for students in his classroom, giving them a hands-on, brainy mind in this learning environment.
