工程造价管理是出于避免建设资金浪费,在工程项目的各阶段对资金进行有效控制的过程。一直以来,高校基建工程建设中的工程造价管理存在着很多问题。需要建设单位高度重视工程造价管理工作,将其全面落实于工程建设中,并建立科学的工程造价管理机制进行统筹管理。本文首先针对我国当前高校基建工程施工过程中的造价现状及问题进行了分析,进而在此基础之上有针对性的提出了高校基建工程造价管理措施和建议,以供理论参考。
Project cost management is out of the construction funds to avoid waste in all stages of the project funds to effectively control the process. All along, there are many problems in project cost management in the construction of university infrastructure projects. Construction units need to attach great importance to project cost management, to fully implement the project construction, and establish a scientific project cost management mechanism for overall management. This paper first analyzes the present situation and problems of construction cost in the construction of infrastructural projects in colleges and universities in our country, and on this basis, puts forward some measures and suggestions for the cost management of infrastructural projects in colleges and universities for reference.
