本文通过对限售股解禁的数据分析,以及限售股解禁对股票市场趋势、公众投资者心理影响的研究,为科学解决限售股上市流通的问题提出了建议。
Through the analysis of the data of the restricted shares lifted and the study on the psychological impact of the restriction of the restricted shares on the stock market and the public investors, this paper puts forward some suggestions for the scientific settlement of the listing of the restricted shares.
