研究了常压下采用含苯甲酸乙酯的钛系负载型催化剂的丙烯聚合动力学,并用动力学方法测定了这一催化体系聚合加氢和不加氢的活性中心比浓度[C~*],聚合速率常数Kp,链增长活化能△E.结果是加氢聚合在30~50℃温度下[C~*]值为5×10~(-3)~15×10~(-3)mol/molTi,Kp 值为65~94 L/mol·s,△E为19.2kJ/mol;不加氢聚合[C~*]值为1×10~(-3)~3.5×10~(-3)mol/molTi,Kp 值为527—766 L/mol·s,△E 为16.7kJ/mol.讨论了聚合加氢对丙烯聚合的影响.
The kinetics of propylene polymerization was investigated at atmospheric pressure using a titanium series supported catalyst containing ethyl benzoate. The specific gravity [C ~ *] of the active sites for polymerization and non-hydrogenation of the catalyst system was determined by kinetic method. , The polymerization rate constant Kp and the chain activation energy △ E.
