《小学生质量综合评价》这篇论文我从四个方面对小学生综合素质进行了评价。分别是:一、转变观念,建立教育评价体系;二、综合测评;三、学生评优;四、学生个性化测评。这四个方面对学生的德、智、体以及个性化进行了综合评价,实现了从过分关注学生学业成就转变为对综合素质的考查。学业成就曾经是考查学生发展、教师业绩和学校办学水平的重要指标。但随着社会的发展,知识爆炸、竞争的加剧、网络与信息时代的到来,仅仅掌握知识与技能已远远不能适应社会对人发展的要求,于是全球都在进行关于“教育与人”的大讨论,学业成就作为评价单一指标的局限突显出来。在关注学业成就的同时,人们开始关注个体发展的其他方面,如积极的学习态度、创新精神、分析与解决问题的能力以及不正确的人生观、价值观等,从考查学生学到了什么,到对学生是否学会学习、学会生存、学会合作、学会做人等进行了考查和综合评价。因此,综合评价手段是对学生进行全面考核的重要途径,应做到公平、公正、民主等几个方面,以帮助学生更好的完善自我,树立正确的人生观、价值观、世界观,促进他们健康的成长。
