《数学课程标准》指出:“教学活动应努力使全体学生达到课程目标的基本要求,同时要关注学生的个体差异,促进每个学生在原有基础上的发展。”教师在教学过程中,不但要引导学生掌握知识技能,同时也要关注学生个体差异,让每个学生在原有的基础之上获得发展。小组合作是达到此目标的一个很好的教学途径和模式。下面谈谈在数学课堂中的小组合作学习。
