一、基本条件及特征产生微细晶粒超塑性有以下两个基本的条件。1.材料本身固有的条件: 材料的晶粒在成型前的超细化和等轴化,在成型期间能够保持稳定,是超塑性材料本身必不可少的三个主要条件。只有具备了这样三个基本条件之后,才能够在适当的外在条件(温度及应变速率)下,产生超塑性。并非所有的现存材料都会具备这样三个基本条件,因此,新的超塑性材料的寻求就成为人们研究的重大课题。
First, the basic conditions and characteristics There are two basic conditions for the production of fine grain superplasticity. 1. Inherent conditions of the material itself: The grain of the material is superfine and equiaxed before forming, and can be kept stable during forming. It is the three main conditions that the superplastic material itself is indispensable. Only with these three basic conditions, can superplastics be produced under the proper external conditions (temperature and strain rate). Not all of the existing materials will have such three basic conditions, so the search of new superplastic material has become a major issue for people to study.
