1.人的内在素质(包括思想、道德修养)的提高需要在整个人生教育过程中完成。知识(包括基础理论、专业基础和专业知识)的传授大部分要在课堂教学中完成。能力包括语言交流、表达、阅读、写作及创新能力的培养需要通过实践和训练才能完成。就学生综合素质培养而言,应该是“素质、知识、能力”并重的综合培养。因此,在实验教学中首先应注重思想素质的培养。思想素质的好坏在于品德。品德是思想品质和道德品质的简称,它是个体行为的内在调节机制。它不是先天就有的,而是后天形成的,是在人际交往活动中形成的经验结构,调节着人的社会行为;是在一定的社会规范(如道德、法律等)约束
1. The improvement of human inner qualities (including ideology and moral cultivation) needs to be completed throughout the life education process. Most of the teaching of knowledge (including basic theory, professional foundation, and professional knowledge) is to be completed in the classroom. Competencies, including language communication, expression, reading, writing, and the ability to innovate, need to be completed through practice and training. As far as the training of students’ overall quality is concerned, it should be a comprehensive cultivation of “quality, knowledge, and ability”. Therefore, in the experiment teaching, we should first pay attention to the cultivation of ideological quality. The quality of ideology lies in morality. Morality is the abbreviation of ideological quality and moral quality. It is the internal regulation mechanism of individual behavior. It is not a congenital one, but is formed after the day. It is an empirical structure formed in interpersonal activities that regulates people’s social behavior; it is bound by certain social norms (such as morality, law, etc.)
