马克思主义法律思想中国化有实践主导与文化扬弃两个层面的路径,而实践主导具有根本性。延安时期中国共产党在革命根据地的法治实践,在实践主导层面和文化扬弃层面都取得了不错的成就。这一时期的实践启示我们,教育培养是提高公民现代法治意识的必经路径,观念变革是树立社会主义法治理念的有力保障。 The localization of Marxist legal thoughts in China is based on both practical and cultural sublation. Practically dominant is fundamental. During the Yanan period, the Chinese Communist Party’s practice in the rule of law in the revolutionary base areas made good achievements both in practice and culture. Practice in this period enlightens us that education and training are the necessary path to raise citizens’ sense of the modern rule of law. Concept change is a powerful guarantee for establishing the concept of socialist rule of law.
