为了确定控制环境下的最适光、温条件,所选Amaranthus tricolor的六个栽培品种放入不同光周期、昼/夜和根/冠温度组合下处理。其中5种苋菜的开花反应均对短日照处理敏感。4种表现出短日植物的特性,在15-22天苗龄、8小时日照,2-4天便可出现花芽。30℃日温和25℃夜温为最适营养生长条件。相对较高的根温有利于早期营养生长。
To determine the optimum light and temperature conditions for control, six cultivars of the selected Amaranthus tricolor were exposed to different photoperiods, day / night and root / canopy temperature combinations. Among them, the flowering responses of five kinds of amaranth were all sensitive to short-day treatment. 4 species showed the characteristics of short-day plants, seedlings in the 15-22 days, 8 hours sunshine, 2-4 days can appear flower buds. 30 ℃ day temperature and 25 ℃ night temperature is the best nutrition growth conditions. Relatively high root temperature is conducive to early vegetative growth.
