1 病历概况rn张海旺、男、63岁.于2009.7.30在全麻下行骶骨肿瘤切除术.rn2 术后出现的问题及护理应对政策rn2.1术后3天出现迟发型过敏反应.全身片状荨麻疹,阴囊也发生了水肿.通知医生后给予停用目前所用抗生素.第四天面部破溃流脓,给予0.02%呋喃西林湿纱布覆盖.
