原发性心肌病近年来已被人注意,Fowler氏描述其临床特征为心脏肿大,充血性心力衰竭,心律失常和猝死。近两年来我们先后曾遇到6例较典型患者,经过临床检查或手术和病理解剖确诊,现将我们一些体会报告如下。病例报告例一:男,40岁,医生。二年米经常心悸、心翳,曾二次作心电幽检查,均诊断为多发性室性早搏,呈二联心律。X线检查发现心脏巾度增大,一贯按冠心病处理,于1975年4月13日下午突然猝死。尸检:心脏呈普遍性增大,以左心室为主,左心室腔中度扩张,心室肌肥厚,为1.2公分,全心重422克,左冠状动脉前降支轻度粥样硬化。镜检:左心室肌纤维增大,变粗,核大深染,肌 Primary cardiomyopathy has drawn attention in recent years.
