目的提高高职护生临床实习的适应能力。方法以高职护生为研究对象,将2012级普通专科护理3个班181人按照随机数表法分为实验组90人和对照组91人,实验组在实习前2周由院校紧密合作,严格制定培训计划,从法规制度、护士礼仪、沟通技巧、理论、实践、案例、职业防护等全方位进行培训及考核;对照组常规由学校组织的实习前2周集中训练护理技能操作及考核。计数资料采用χ2检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果良好的医德医风实验组96.67%,对照组81.32%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);团结协作精神实验组97.78%,对照组75.56%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);良好的护患沟通实验组87.78%,对照组65.93%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);评判性思维能力实验组83.33%,对照组46.15%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理技能操作实验组93.33%,对照组80.21%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组的护生在态度、知识、技能等方面适应临床实习的情况显著优于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论院校合作系统培训可提高高职护生临床实习的适应能力。
Objective To improve the adaptability of clinical practice in nursing students in higher vocational schools. Methods Taking nursing students in higher vocational schools as the research object, 181 students in 3 classes of general nursing specialty in 2012 were divided into experimental group (90) and control group (91) according to the method of random number table. The experimental group cooperated closely with the institutions , Strictly formulate training plans and conduct training and assessment from the aspects of laws and regulations, nurses’ etiquette, communication skills, theory, practice, case and occupational protection. The control group trains the nursing skill operation and assessment in the first 2 weeks before the internship organized by the school . Count data using χ2 test, P <0.05 for the difference was statistically significant. Results Good medical ethics group 96.67% experimental group, 81.32% in the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05); 97.78% in the collaborative spirit experimental group, 75.56% in the control group, the difference between the two groups were statistically significant (P0.05) .There was a significant difference between the two groups (87.78% in the experimental group and 65.93% in the control group), the critical thinking ability was 83.33% in the experimental group and 46.15% in the control group The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05); nursing skills operation group 93.33%, control group 80.21%, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05), the experimental group of nursing students in attitude, knowledge , Skills and other aspects of adaptation to clinical practice was significantly better than the control group, the difference between the two groups were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion College cooperative system training can improve the adaptability of clinical practice in nursing students in higher vocational schools.
