目的 研究逆转录病毒介导的tk基因 /GCV系统联合重组人肿瘤坏死因子 α衍生物治疗鼠脑胶质瘤。方法 分别用tk基因 /GCV系统、重组人肿瘤坏死因子 α衍生物和两者联合进行治疗鼠脑胶质瘤 ,在治疗前、治疗后第 8、15、2 1天分别用核磁共振 (MRI)增强测量肿瘤大小 ,观察治疗后生存期。结果 联合tk基因 /GCV系统和重组人肿瘤坏死因子 α衍生物比单用其中一种的治疗效果好。结论 tk基因 /GCV系统联合重组人肿瘤坏死因子 α衍生物能提高鼠脑胶质瘤的治疗效果。
Objective To study retroviral-mediated tk gene / GCV system in combination with recombinant human tumor necrosis factor α derivatives for the treatment of glioma in mice. Methods Tc gene / GCV system, recombinant human tumor necrosis factor α derivatives and their combination therapy were used respectively to treat mouse glioma. Before treatment and on the 8th, 15th and 21st day after treatment, Enhanced measurement of tumor size, survival after treatment. Results The combination of the tk gene / GCV system and the recombinant human tumor necrosis factor alpha derivative was more effective than either alone. Conclusion The tk gene / GCV system combined with recombinant human tumor necrosis factor α derivatives can improve the therapeutic effect of glioma in mice.
