我市对学校体育教学进行改革,将竞争机制正确引入体育教师的教学工作之中,在教师中开展教学评优,教学基本功比赛,教学计划检查评比等活动。从上述活动中看到中青年体育教师素质的基本(含政治思想素质)较差,知识结构不合理,教育、教学、教研能力不强,严重影响了体育教育任务的完成。笔者认为,教育的希望在教师。建设好一支数量足够、素质较好、结构合理、又红又专的体育师资队伍是提高教学质量和适应现代体育教育工作需要的关键。因此,高校体育系办学应立足改革,从竞技运动中解脱出来,转向“师范性”体育,做到“多能”与“一专”的最佳结合,为中学培养德才兼备的文化型体育教师。
