介绍了确定实用紫外线消毒设备的紫外剂量、杀菌效果以及灯管数的生物验定剂量法的操作步骤以及注意事项。生物验定剂量法是一种评估紫外剂量和消毒效果关系的有效方法,整个方法主要包括用准平行光束仪测定受试微生物的灭活率与紫外剂量关系;用单元模块模拟消毒系统测定紫外剂量与水流量的关系;根据达到消毒要求所需要的最低紫外剂量来确定紫外消毒系统所需要的紫外灯管数。在整个模拟测试过程中,应尽可能控制各种试验条件与实际运行条件一致,尤其要注意高峰期排水量和紫外灯老化后的消毒效果。
