为减小水泥稳定碎石基层材料收缩变形量,增强其抗裂能力,采用向水泥稳定碎石材料中掺加适量膨胀剂,通过膨胀剂的微膨胀来减小材料的收缩变形。探讨了膨胀剂掺量及养护龄期对水泥稳定碎石路用性能的影响,并推荐采用90 d的劈裂强度来确定膨胀剂的最佳掺量。室内试验和实体工程均表明,膨胀剂能在水泥稳定碎石基层中产生微膨胀,抵消材料的部分收缩,增加其密实度,因此,掺膨胀剂水泥稳定碎石具有优良的路用性能。
In order to reduce the shrinkage deformation of the cement stabilized macadam base material and enhance its anti-cracking ability, cement-stabilized macadam materials are used to add appropriate amount of expansion agent, and the expansion of the expansive agent is used to reduce the shrinkage deformation of the material. The effect of expansive agent dosage and curing age on the road performance of cement stabilized macadam was discussed. It is recommended to use 90 days splitting strength to determine the best dosage of expansive agent. Both indoor tests and physical engineering show that the expansive agent can generate slight expansion in the cement stabilized macadam base to offset some of the material shrinkage and increase its densification. Therefore, the expansive agent cement stabilized macadam has excellent road performance.
