本文从“言语”与“语言”谈起 ,强调了区分言语和语言是语言学研究的第一分叉口。把动态研究语言运用的过程和结果作为研究言语的语言学 ,以此说明研究言语的重要性。从言语能力方面着重阐述了语言研究的另一个方面—言语能力。目的是强调语言教学的实用性、功能性。指出语言的本质实现是交际 ,所以语言教学要以培养学生言语交际能力为宗旨。并以对外汉语教学为例从语用规则、言语技能、言语交际技能和相关的文化知识等方面对言语能力的培养作了简要分析。
This article talks about “language” and “language”, emphasizing that distinguishing speech from language is the first crossroad of linguistics research. The dynamic study of language use process and results as a linguistic study of speech, to illustrate the importance of language research. From the aspect of speech ability, another aspect of linguistic research is emphasized - speech ability. The purpose is to emphasize the practicality and functionality of language teaching. It points out that the essence of language is communication, so language teaching should aim at cultivating students’ communicative competence. Taking the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language as an example, the author analyzes the cultivation of speech ability from the aspects of pragmatic rules, speech skills, verbal communication skills and related cultural knowledge.
