鱼油是最重要的脂质来源,但由于其产量低和成本高,迫使饲料行业寻找替代鱼油的脂质资源。试验通过饲喂牛蛙不同来源的脂质,观察不同来源脂质对牛蛙生长性能、饲料消化率、身体组成和脂质代谢的影响。牛蛙饲料中分别含有鱼油(FO)、家禽脂肪(PF)、猪油(PL)、大豆油(SO)和棕榈油(PO)5.2%,饲喂8周。结果表明,不同来源的脂质对牛蛙生长性能和饲料利用率有显著影响(P<0.05)。FO组、SO组和PO组的体重增加和饲料摄入量并没有显著差异,身体组成、饲料转化率和蛋白质组成也没有受到脂质来源的影响。不同组间饲料的表观消化率系数(ADC)和脂质成分测试差异显著(P<0.05),FO组和SO组ADC最高,PF组最低。肌肉中脂肪酸含量反映了饲粮脂质的脂肪酸组成。不同的脂质来源对肝脏中脂质代谢相关酶的活性有显著影响(P<0.05),其中,PF组和PL组活性较低。试验结果表明,SO组和PO组的脂质作用效果较好,可取代鱼油,且无副作用。大豆油和棕榈油对牛蛙身体组成无影响,且牛蛙肌肉中的脂肪酸组成可通过调节不同脂质来源进行调整。此外,大豆油和棕榈油还能提高肝脏脂质代谢效率。 Fish oil is the most important source of lipid, but due to its low yield and high cost, the feed industry is forced to look for lipid resources that replace fish oil. By feeding different sources of lipid from bullfrog, the effects of different sources of lipid on growth performance, feed digestibility, body composition and lipid metabolism of bullfrog were observed. The bullfrog feed contains fish oil (FO), poultry fat (PF), lard (PL), soybean oil (SO) and palm oil (PO) 5.2% respectively for 8 weeks. The results showed that lipids of different origins had significant effects on growth performance and feed utilization of bullfrogs (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in body weight, feed intake, and body composition, feed conversion, and protein composition in the FO, SO and PO groups as well as lipid sources. The apparent digestibility coefficient (ADC) and lipid composition of feed between different groups were significantly different (P <0.05). The ADC of FO and SO groups was the highest, while that of PF group was the lowest. The fatty acid content of muscle reflects the fatty acid composition of the dietary lipid. Different lipid sources had a significant effect on the activities of enzymes involved in lipid metabolism in the liver (P <0.05), of which the activities in PF and PL groups were lower. The results showed that the lipid effect of SO group and PO group was better, which could replace fish oil and had no side effects. Soybean oil and palm oil have no effect on bullfrog body composition, and the fatty acid composition in bullfrog muscle can be adjusted by adjusting different lipid sources. In addition, soybean oil and palm oil can also improve liver lipid metabolism efficiency.
