通过建立细长轴双刀车削弯曲振动模型,求解出双刀切削的振动响应曲线,对比分析细长轴单、双刀切削加工的振动响应曲线,得出振动响应曲线关系。使用ANSYS仿真分析软件求解在集中载荷作用下的频率幅值响应曲线,对比分析单、双刀切削加工的峰值,得到响应幅值关系,验证振动理论响应曲线的正确性,得出双刀车削加工方法可以提高加工质量,减少误差。
The vibration response curve of the double-pole cutting was solved by setting up the bending vibration model of slender double-pole turning. The vibration response curve of single-pole and double-pole cutting was compared and the relationship of vibration response curve was obtained. The ANSYS simulation software was used to solve the frequency response curve under concentrated load. The peak values of single and double cutting machining were compared and analyzed. The response amplitude was obtained. The correctness of vibration response curve was verified. The method can improve the processing quality and reduce the error.
