用ITHAC—11型快速定氢仪测定了30CrMnSiA钢在热处理及表面处理后氢含量的变化,确认了电镀是钢中渗氧的主要环节,氨盐镀锌后氢含量达9.14PPm。测定了镀锌、镀镉件去氢退火的温度和保温时间对氢含量的影响,提出了较为安全的去氢退火工艺。测定了不同氢含量的缺口试样延迟断裂下临界应力6_c;给出了装配条件下高强度螺栓不产生氢脆断裂的限定氢含量;确定了载荷应力水平、应力集中系数及氢含量对氢脆敏感性的影响;并对氢脆延迟断裂断口特征进行了分析。
Hydrogen content of 30CrMnSiA steel after heat treatment and surface treatment was measured by ITHAC-11 rapid hydrogen analyzer. It was confirmed that electroplating was the main part of oxygen permeation in steel. Hydrogen content of ammonia salt after galvanizing reached 9.14PPm. The effects of annealing temperature and holding time on the hydrogen content of galvanized and cadmium plated parts were measured, and a safer dehydrogenation annealing process was proposed. The critical stress 6_c under delayed fracture was measured for notched specimens with different hydrogen content. The hydrogen content of hydrogen-brittle fracture of high-strength bolt under assembly condition was given. The influence of load stress level, stress concentration factor and hydrogen content on hydrogen embrittlement Sensitivity; and the characteristics of delayed fracture of hydrogen embrittlement were analyzed.
