采用培养皿生物测定方法研究化合物O,O-二甲基-1-(2,4-二氯苯氧基乙酰氧基)呋喃甲基膦酸酯(试验代号HIA-1)的生物活性及其对苘麻部分生化指标的影响。结果表明,化合物HIA-1在0.05~10 mg/L处理剂量下,对高粱、稗草、黄瓜、萝卜、苘麻和油菜的根、芽生长有不同程度的抑制作用,其中黄瓜、萝卜、苘麻和油菜较为敏感,10 mg/L处理后,根长、芽长抑制率分别在86.2%和88.2%以上;0.01 mg/L处理后对根、芽生长有明显的促进作用。0.1 mg/L处理后,苘麻幼根细胞存活率超过100%,表现出激活作用;随着浓度升高,细胞存活率逐渐降低。1 000 mg/LHIA-1处理时,苘麻幼苗及幼根SOD活性分别约为对照的50%和30%;当浓度分别为0.1和1 mg/L时,幼苗和幼根SOD活性高于对照。10~1 000 mg/L处理时幼苗和幼根POD活性低于对照,1000 mg/L时约为对照的58%和40%;低浓度时POD活性高于对照,1 mg/L时幼苗和幼根POD活性均约为对照的130%。
The biological activity of Compound O, O-dimethyl-1- (2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetoxy) furan methyl phosphonate (test code HIA-1) was investigated using a Petri dish bioassay method and its Influence on some biochemical indexes of hemp. The results showed that HIA-1 inhibited the growth of roots and shoots of sorghum, barnyard grass, cucumber, radish, velvetleaf and rapeseed at 0.05 ~ 10 mg / L treatment dose. The cucumber, radish, Maize and rapeseed were more sensitive. After 10 mg / L treatment, the root length and shoot length inhibition rates were above 86.2% and 88.2%, respectively. 0.01 mg / L could obviously promote root and shoot growth. After treatment with 0.1 mg / L, the survival rate of A. calmellor root cells was over 100%, showing an activation effect; With the increase of concentration, the cell survival rate decreased gradually. At the concentration of 1 mg / L and 1 mg / L, the activities of SOD in the seedlings and young shoots were respectively about 50% and 30% . The activities of POD in seedling and young plantlets from 10 to 1 000 mg / L were lower than those in the control and about 58% and 40% of those in the control at 1000 mg / L, respectively. Roots POD activity were about 130% of the control.
