企业是人们集聚和交往的主要活动空间和场所保护生态环境,当务之急是要尽快转变传统的“高投入、高消耗、低产出”的粗放型增长方式中华民族的优良传统文化,历来强调“和谐”的价值理念。其表现在人与自然的关系上,把天、地、人看成一个统一、平衡、和谐的整体;表现在人际关系上,则强调和谐有序,注重建立以“德”为基础、以“礼”为规范的思想道德体系,进而达到“礼之用、和为贵”的理想社会。企业是整个社会的一个组成部分和细胞,构建社会主义和谐社会,必须建设和谐企业。
