目的了解北京市石景山区2009—2012年间社区卫生服务机构基本公共卫生服务的现状及变化情况,分析变化的趋势和存在的问题,为社区卫生服务的良好发展提供依据。方法通过对2009—2012年间石景山区社区卫生服务机构基本公共卫生服务提供情况的相关信息进行分析,了解基本公共卫生服务的变化情况。结果 2009—2012年间,石景山区社区卫生服务机构服务能力显著加强,卫生技术人员总数由2009年的550人增长到2012年的736人;健康档案建档率达到81.7%,电子化率超过84.3%,呈现逐年增长的趋势;健康教育与健康促进活动蓬勃开展,但覆盖面有限,仅有11.9%;在经历了奥运会后的低谷后,慢病健康管理及其他基本公共卫生服务的提供量也出现了反弹的趋势。结论针对目前的现状,石景山区应增加财政的支持力度;加大人才引进;依托信息化,加强电子档案的建设和利用;注重精细化管理和“以人为本”;发挥居民“健康守护人”的作用。
Objective To understand the status quo and changes of basic public health services of community health service agencies in Shijingshan District of Beijing from 2009 to 2012, analyze the changing trends and existing problems, and provide the basis for the good development of community health services. Methods Based on the information about the basic public health service provision of community health service institutions in Shijingshan District during 2009-2012, we analyzed the changes of basic public health services. Results The service capacity of community health service institutions in Shijingshan District increased significantly from 2009 to 2012, with the total number of health technicians increasing from 550 in 2009 to 736 in 2012; the filing rate of health records reached 81.7% and the electronicization rate exceeded 84.3% , Showing a trend of increasing year by year; health education and health promotion activities booming, but the coverage is limited, only 11.9%; after the trough after the Olympic Games, the provision of chronic health management and other basic public health services also appeared The rebound trend. Conclusion According to the current situation, Shijingshan District should increase financial support; increase the introduction of talents; relying on information technology to strengthen the construction and use of electronic files; focus on refined management and “people-oriented”; to play a resident “health guardian ”Role.
