父母教育权是指父母对学生的教育权利。在现代教育中,父母教育权的建立是十分重要的,它与学生受教育权利的实现息息相关。父母教育权的建立的依据主要包括理论、现实和法律等依据。所以,我国要保障父母教育权不仅要建立父母教育权利制度,更要从法律的角度保障父母教育权的实施。本文笔者就将探析父母教育权存在的法理。
Parental education refers to parents’ right to education of their children. In modern education, the establishment of parental education is very important, and it is closely related to the realization of students’ right to education. The basis for the establishment of parental education consists mainly of theory, reality and law. Therefore, in order to guarantee the right of parents to education, our country should not only establish the system of right to parent education, but also guarantee the implementation of parental right of education from the legal point of view. The author of this article will explore the existence of the law of parental education.
