研究了联二脲氯酸盐氧化制备AC发泡剂的反应规律。在反应温度30~45℃、酸浓度8~12%、催化剂用量0.1~0.3%范围内考察了联二脲的转化率、AC收率与反应时间的关系,并通过数学回归得到在上述条件下联二脲氧化反应的动力学方程。
The reaction rules for the preparation of AC foaming agent by the combined biuret chlorate oxidation were studied. The relationship between the conversion rate of the biuret, the yield of AC and the reaction time was investigated at the reaction temperature of 30 ~ 45 ℃, the acid concentration of 8 ~ 12% and the amount of catalyst of 0.1 ~ 0.3%.
