涡轴发动机数控系统传感器故障诊断需机载的发动机数学模型,由于缺乏部件特性数据,根据某型发动机地面试车稳态数据和动态数据,建立涡轴发动机慢车以上状态简化数学模型。该模型具有较好的实时性,稳态模型采用插值算法,动态模型针对不同参数分别采用动态系数法和转子动力学方法。数值仿真结果表明:该简化模型具有较高的动态和稳态精度,可以满足传感器故障诊断的需求。
Due to the lack of part characteristic data, a mathematical model of on-board mathematical model of on-board engine is established based on steady test data and dynamic data of a certain type of engine ground test. The model has better real-time performance, the steady-state model uses the interpolation algorithm, and the dynamic model adopts dynamic coefficient method and rotor dynamics method respectively for different parameters. Numerical simulation results show that the simplified model has high dynamic and steady state accuracy, which can meet the needs of sensor fault diagnosis.
