职业能力的培养,是中职语文教学的一大特色,将其有效渗透到语文教学中,实现职业能力的提升,是我们应关注的教学目标之一。本人在研究职业能力内涵、特点、构成,以及培养职业能力必要性的基础上,细化职业能力构成,将语文知识的渗透与职业能力的提升有机结合,总结归纳出如下四点培养职业能力的有效策略:融职业意识、学习意识培养于德育渗透,融社交能力、人脉意识培养于口语交际,融工作效率、应变能力培养于阅读分析,融学习能力、职业能力培养于习作教学。
The cultivation of vocational ability is one of the major characteristics of Chinese teaching in secondary vocational schools. It is one of the teaching objectives that we should pay attention to effectively penetrate into Chinese teaching and improve professional competence. On the basis of studying the connotation, characteristics and constitution of vocational ability and the necessity of cultivating vocational ability, I refine the composition of vocational ability, combine the penetration of Chinese knowledge and the improvement of professional ability, and summarize the following four points: Effective strategies: To cultivate professional awareness, to cultivate students ’awareness of learning, to cultivate social skills, to cultivate social skills, to cultivate students’ awareness in oral communication, to integrate work efficiency, and to develop contingency skills in reading analysis, financial learning and career development.
