清洁发展机制(CDM)再造林项目是林业应对气候变化的重要途径,准确估算CDM项目碳储量及其动态变化取决于可靠的监测技术与方法。笔者以广西珠江流域治理再造林项目为对象,主要从监测方法、测定指标和计算方法等方面概述了碳储量的监测。结果表明,项目实施6 a以来,人为净温室气体汇清除为131 964.1 t,测量精度为90.15%。研究表明采用固定样地连续观测法对CDM造林项目的碳储量进行监测,方法科学、合理,可操作性强,且精度满足相关要求。
Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) reforestation project is an important way for forestry to deal with climate change. Accurate estimation of CDM project carbon stocks and their dynamic changes depend on reliable monitoring technologies and methods. Taking Pearl River Basin Rehabilitation and Reforestation Project in Guangxi as an object, the author summarizes the monitoring of carbon storage mainly from monitoring methods, measuring indexes and calculation methods. The results show that since the project was implemented for 6 years, the net anthropogenic greenhouse gas removals was 131 964.1 t, and the measurement accuracy was 90.15%. The research shows that the carbon footprint of CDM afforestation project is monitored by continuous observation of fixed samples. The method is scientific, reasonable and feasible, and the accuracy meets the relevant requirements.
