近年来 ,在天然石材和建材特别是在较厚的材料或用其它工具难以接近的零件加工领域 ,绳锯切割已有许多应用。在 2 0世纪 80年代 ,有少数公司用金刚石绳锯进行金属切割取得了一定成功。金刚石绳锯切割仅限于低碳钢型材的切割 ,如海底输气 输油管。切割纯钢材料是新的应用领域 ,如核电站或海底构件的维修。此类特殊切割任务要求开发合适的金刚石工具。本文论述了金刚石绳锯切割的基本原理 ,讨论了金刚石绳锯切割金属构件的基本情况 ,并详细描述了工具和工件间的相互作用 ,从各个方面测得和分析了所有必要的数据(力、温度和工具磨损 )。本文还给出了金刚石工具磨损的分析方法。根据试验收集的数据给出了一个磨损机理模型。描述了着重用于钢质构件切割的金刚石绳锯技术进一步开发项目的代表性结果。
In recent years, wire saw cutting has found many applications in natural stone and building materials, particularly in the area of thicker materials or parts that are inaccessible with other tools. In the 1980s, there were a few companies that achieved some success in metal cutting with diamond wire saws. Diamond wire saw cutting limited to the cutting of mild steel profiles, such as submarine gas pipeline. Cutting pure steel is a new area of application, such as the maintenance of nuclear power plants or submarine components. Such special cutting tasks require the development of suitable diamond tools. This paper discusses the basic principle of diamond wire saw cutting, discusses the basic situation of diamond wire saw cutting metal components, and describes in detail the interaction between the tool and the workpiece, measured and analyzed all the necessary data (force, Temperature and tool wear). This article also gives a diamond tool wear analysis. According to the experimental data collected a wear mechanism model. Describes the representative results of a further development project focused on diamond wire sawing technology for steel component cutting.
