中学生物学教学需要一定数量的生物标本缸,为满足学校的教学需求,我们利用螺口盖罐头瓶自制简易生物标本缸,效果很好。既节约经费,又能使采集到的标本及时固定和保存,而且密封好,药液不外流,不挥发,便于运输和搬动。具体制作方法如下: 一、主要用具和材料 各种规格的螺口盖罐头瓶、标签、剪刀、胶水、玻璃统、酒精、4%和5%的福尔马林溶液。 二、制作方法 1.将去掉外缘标签的螺口盖罐头瓶和瓶盖用洗涤剂洗净,再用自来水冲洗后备用。 2.将待固定或保存的生物标本放入规格合适的螺口盖罐头瓶中,再将一定体积的药液小心注入瓶口,拧好盖,在瓶外缘贴上标签。 3.为防止固定液或保存液对瓶盖的腐蚀,可以视情况在瓶盖内侧衬以大小适当的双层玻璃纸垫,防止药液与瓶盖直接接触。
