针对风能随机变化的特性以及双馈风力发电机动态无功调节能力随有功功率的变动而存在的波动性,提出一种新型的无功电压控制策略。该策略首先基于风功率预测数据对电容器进行投切控制,进而分析双馈风机的PQ关系曲线,并配合静止无功补偿器对风电场进行实时的功率调控,实现无功电压的控制。该改进可显著提高并网点电压的合格率,减少电容器的投切次数。实时风速扰动风电场系统的仿真结果验证了上述策略的正确性和有效性。
Aiming at the characteristics of wind energy random variation and the fluctuation of dynamic reactive power regulation capability of doubly-fed wind turbine with active power, a new reactive voltage control strategy is proposed. In this strategy, the capacitor is switched and controlled based on the wind power prediction data, and then the PQ curve of the DFIG is analyzed. In addition, the static var compensator is used to carry out real-time power regulation of the wind farm to control the reactive power and voltage. This improvement can significantly improve the pass rate of grid voltage and reduce the number of capacitor switching. The simulation results of the real-time wind speed disturbance wind farm system verify the correctness and effectiveness of the above strategy.
