目的:确定厚朴花药材最佳蒸制时间,为优化厚朴花的炮制工艺提供依据。方法:采用RP-HPLC法,色谱柱为Agilent HC-C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-甲醇-水(15∶65∶30),流速1.0 mL/min,柱温30℃,进样量10μL,检测波长294 nm,考察不同蒸制时间厚朴花中厚朴酚的含量。结果:不同蒸制时间厚朴花药材中厚朴酚含量存在差异,以蒸制8 min,40℃低温干燥的厚朴花中厚朴酚含量最高。结论:厚朴花的最佳炮制工艺为蒸制8 min后40℃低温干燥。
Objective: To determine the best steaming time of Magnolia officinalis, providing the basis for optimizing the processing technology of Magnolia officinalis. Methods: The column was Agilent HC-C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with acetonitrile-methanol-water (15:65:30) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL / 30 ℃, injection volume 10μL, detection wavelength 294 nm, to investigate the content of Magnolol Magnolol in different steaming time. Results: The magnolol contents of Magnolia officinalis different in different steaming time were different. The content of magnolol in Magnolia officinalis was the highest after steaming for 8 min at 40 ℃. Conclusion: The best processing technology of Magnolia officinalis is steaming for 8 min and drying at 40 ℃.
