我年轻的时候起,就敢于对前人或同时代人的工作提出质疑,特别是那些与实验不符合结果的,常在我的脑海中打个问号。科学研究的任务就在于不断发现客观世界的新现象,寻找新的规律,寻找运用这些规律去改造世界的新技术、新方法。科学研究必须创新,没有创新就没有科学研究。借鉴是必要的,借鉴的目的也在于创新。 科学家在科学上提出的一些创见,决不是无本的突发奇想,而是根植于他们坚实的、广博的知识,以及他们长期不懈地探索,从而对一些问题有较深刻的理解,有可能去认识物质的更深的层次和结构,最终迸发出创造性的思维火花。
