为研究感知安全风险、过度自信与安全绩效之间的关系,提高建筑企业的安全绩效水平,向450名建筑施工工人发放调查问卷。以对其中408名工人的调查数据为基础,采用结构方程模型(SEM),实证研究感知安全风险、过度自信、安全服从行为、安全参与行为与安全结果 5个变量的结构关系。结果表明:感知安全风险对过度自信有显著正向作用,而对安全服从行为、安全参与行为、安全结果都有显著负向作用;过度自信对安全服从行为、安全结果都有显著负向作用,对安全参与行为的直接影响不显著,但是过度自信通过安全服从行为对安全参与行为产生负向作用。因此,建筑企业可以通过降低工人的感知安全风险、过度自信程度,来提高安全服从行为、安全参与行为与安全结果等安全绩效水平。
In order to study the relationship between perceived safety risk, overconfidence and safety performance, and to improve the safety performance of construction enterprises, 450 construction workers were surveyed. Based on the survey data of 408 workers, structural equation modeling (SEM) was used to empirically study the structural relationships between the five variables of perceived safety risk, overconfidence, safety compliance, safety behavior and safety outcomes. The results show that perceived safety risk has a significant positive effect on overconfidence, but has a significant negative effect on safety compliance behaviors, safety participation behaviors and safety outcomes; overconfidence has a significant negative effect on safety compliance behaviors and safety outcomes, The direct impact on safety participation is insignificant, but overconfidence has a negative effect on safety participation through safety compliance. Therefore, construction enterprises can improve safety performance such as safety compliance behavior, safety participation behavior and safety result by reducing workers’ perceived safety risk and overconfidence level.
