本文分析了公路建设对环境可能造成各种影响,提出了预防或者减轻不良环境影响的对策和措施的要点,在公路设计阶段就应重视环保措施,并在公路工程开工前,就制定一套完整环保制度,为公路施工环保工作提供制度上的保障.
