为了制订适合低架生产的CO_2气保护焊工艺,大连铁路学院焊接专业教革队与我厂组装车间工人、技术人员组成了CO_2推广应用小组,经过两个多月的努力,获得初步成功。试验证明:CO_2气保护焊具有生产效率高、成本低,能进行全位置焊接,改善劳动条件等优点,特別适用于底架的流水线生产作业,现将试验情况及意见整理如下。 (一)试验条件 1.试板采用4~7mm的09 Mn2、A3及SM41B钢板,表面不除锈。 2.焊丝采用φ1.2mm的HOSn2SiA,表面用汽油清洗,除去油污及铁锈,缠好的焊丝盘浸在煤油中,以备使用。
In order to make the CO_2 gas shielded welding process suitable for low-shelf production, the welding teaching team at Dalian Railway Institute and the workshop workers and technicians in our factory formed a CO 2 promotion and application group. After more than two months of hard work, initial success was achieved. Experiments show that: CO_2 gas shielded welding has the advantages of high production efficiency, low cost, can be all-position welding, improve working conditions, etc., especially suitable for chassis assembly line production operations, now the test situation and comments are summarized below. (A) test conditions 1 test board with 4 ~ 7mm 09 Mn2, A3 and SM41B steel, the surface is not rust. 2. Wire using φ1.2mm HOSn2SiA, surface cleaning with gasoline to remove oil and rust, wrapped wire plate immersed in kerosene, to prepare for use.
