国内外有研究表明,全身振动训练法(WBV)对增加皮肤血流量(SBF)有影响。但特定频率振动或不同振动持续时间对皮肤血流量的影响相关研究并不清楚,本研究目的:探讨不同振动频率下,前臂血流量变化是否存在差异,不同振动持续时间对皮肤血流量的影响变化。方法:选取22名普通高校学校生随机分入两组分别为30 Hz组与50 Hz组,每名受试者前臂被动振动10 min,观察振动期间及振动后恢复阶段10 min皮肤血流量变化情况。结果:1)30 Hz组和50 Hz组在振动训练开始的前4 min内前臂皮肤血流量均有显著性变化(P<0.05)。2)30 Hz组和50 Hz组SBF均在振动训练开始后5 min达到峰值,在振动的5~10 min中,两组皮肤血流量均保持较高值。3)在恢复期,30 Hz组皮肤血流量低于初始基线值,而50 Hz组皮肤血流量保持高于初始基线值。结论:30 Hz组与50 Hz组皮肤血流量在5 min内均有显著性升高,50 Hz组升高更加明显,并且在振动结束后恢复阶段血管收缩速度减慢,皮肤血流量加速现象保持持久,50 Hz振动可能对于加强训练者循环功能有更好的作用。
Domestic and foreign studies have shown that the whole body vibration training (WBV) have an impact on increased skin blood flow (SBF). However, the research on the influence of specific frequency vibration or different duration of vibration on skin blood flow is not clear. The purpose of this study is to investigate whether there is difference in forearm blood flow under different vibration frequencies and the influence of different vibration duration on skin blood flow changes . Methods: Twenty-two ordinary college students were randomly divided into two groups: 30 Hz group and 50 Hz group. The forearm of each subject was subjected to passive vibration for 10 minutes. The changes of skin blood flow during and after the vibration recovery stage were observed . Results: (1) Forearm skin blood flow in 30 Hz group and 50 Hz group had significant changes (P <0.05) within the first 4 minutes after vibration training. 2) The SBF of 30 Hz group and 50 Hz group peaked 5 min after the start of vibration training, and the skin blood flow of both groups maintained a high value during 5 to 10 min of vibration. 3) In the recovery phase, the skin blood flow at 30 Hz was lower than the initial baseline, while the skin blood flow at 50 Hz remained above the initial baseline. Conclusion: The skin blood flow in 30 Hz group and 50 Hz group both increased significantly within 5 min, and increased more obviously in 50 Hz group. The vasoconstriction rate was slower in the recovery phase and the accelerated skin blood flow was maintained Long-lasting, 50 Hz vibration may be better for enhancing trainer cycling.
