假如我是客户,我需要的不仅是一个宽敞、整洁的环境,统一规范着装的员工。我更需要热情礼貌,耐心做好咨询导向服务,能把各种业务流程解释得清楚明白,并虚心接受用户的批评和建议。同时,多些温馨周到的人性化服务,让我享受到舒心、满意的服务。其实,服务“硬件”很容易到位。如果服务的灵魂——“软件”得不到升级改造,无论硬件设施多么富丽堂煌,承诺多么诱人,也只是一种形式。真情服务体现在日常点滴中!
