新经济政策作为一项涉及经济、政治、文化的全面性政策,集中体现了列宁关于在生产力落后的苏俄如何进行社会主义建设,促进社会发展的战略构想。并且新经济政策的实施从实践上丰富和发展了马克思的社会主义社会如何进行建设的理论。因此,新经济政策在列宁主义中占据着重要的地位。分析新经济政策及其所体现的社会主义建设理论不仅有助我们从理论上正确理解列宁主义,而且对于进一步推进建设有中国特色社会主义具有重要的借鉴价值。
As a comprehensive economic, political and cultural policy, the new economic policy embodies Lenin’s strategic vision of how to carry out socialist construction and promote social development in a backward Russia. And the implementation of the new economic policy enriches and develops the theory of how to construct Marx’s socialist society in practice. Therefore, the new economic policy occupies an important position in Leninism. Analyzing the new economic policy and the theory of socialist construction embodied therein not only help us to understand Leninism theoretically and correctly, but also has important reference value for further promoting the building of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
