目的:对苏叶、苏梗的挥发油成分进行分析。方法:采用气相色谱-质谱(GC/MS)法分离测定苏叶、苏梗挥发油成分,利用化学计量学解析法对重叠的色谱峰进行解析,得到各组分的纯色谱曲线和质谱,通过质谱库对解析的纯组分进行定性。结果:分别从苏叶、苏梗挥发油中分得74和49个组分,占总含量的98.56%、97.94%。苏叶、苏梗挥发油共有组分为33种。相对含量较高的主要共有成分是柠檬烯、桉叶油素、4,11,11-三甲基-8-亚甲基二环十一碳烯、2,6-二甲基-6-(4-甲基-3-戊烯基)双环庚-2-烯、石竹烯氧化物等组分。结论:该结果为苏叶、苏梗的合理有效利用提供依据。
Objective: To analyze the volatile oil components of Su Ye and Su Terrier. Methods: The constituents of volatile oil from leaves of S. japonica and S. tubulosa were separated and determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC / MS). The chromatographic peaks were analyzed by stoichiometry. The pure chromatograms and mass spectra of each component were obtained. The library qualifies the pure components of the analysis. Results: 74 and 49 fractions were obtained from the volatile oils of S. japonica and S. tubulosa respectively, accounting for 98.56% and 97.94% of the total. Su Ye, Soviet Union stems volatile oil common components for 33 species. The major common ingredients with relatively high levels are limonene, eucalyptol, 4,11,11-trimethyl-8-methylenebicycloundecene, 2,6-dimethyl-6- (4 Methyl-3-pentenyl) bicyclohept-2-ene, carmellose oxide and the like. Conclusion: The results provide the basis for the rational and effective utilization of Su Ye and Su Terriers.
