优选一步法合成的紫茎泽兰厌氧发酵残留物固体酸为催化剂,考察其催化酸化小桐子油的酯化反应效果。着重考察醇油摩尔比、催化剂用量、反应时间和反应温度等因素的影响。试验结果表明,紫茎泽兰厌氧发酵残留物碳基固体酸可显著提高酯化反应效率,在醇油摩尔比为8∶1、催化剂用量为4%、反应温度为80℃和反应时间2 h的反应条件下,转化率可达76.32%。试验提供了紫茎泽兰综合利用的新方法,具有良好的应用前景。
The one-step synthesis of anaerobic fermentation residue of solid acid as a catalyst to investigate the catalytic acidification of the effect of esterification of Jatropha curcas oil. Focus on the molar ratio of alcohol to oil, the amount of catalyst, reaction time and reaction temperature and other factors. The results showed that the carbon-based solid acid of anaerobic fermentation residue of Eupatorium adenophorum could significantly improve the esterification efficiency. When the molar ratio of alcohol to oil was 8:1, the amount of catalyst was 4%, the reaction temperature was 80 ℃ and the reaction time 2 h reaction conditions, the conversion rate of up to 76.32%. The test provided a new method for the comprehensive utilization of Eupatorium adenophorum, which has a good application prospect.
