党的建设的科学化就是规律化,就是自觉地认识和运用政党建设尤其是执政党建设的规律。党的建设科学化基本特点是:合乎规律性、价值导向性、实践检验性、长期渐进性。提高党的建设的科学化水平,是党对世情国情党情新变化提出挑战和考验的深刻回应,是党对党的建设特别是执政条件下党的建设规律理性认知的必然结果,是破解党建工作面临的一系列难题的现实需要。提高党的建设的科学化水平,必须以党的思想理论建设为前提,以制度建设为保障,以改革创新为动力,以建设学习型政党为先导。
The scientificization of party building is a law of regulation, which is to consciously understand and utilize the law of party building, especially that of the ruling party. The basic characteristics of building a scientific party are: in line with the law, value-oriented, practical test, long-term gradual. To raise the scientific level of party building is a profound response of the party in challenging and testing the new changes in the situation of the party and state in the world. It is the inevitable result of the party’s understanding of the party’s construction, especially the rational understanding of the party’s building rules under the conditions of governing. The real need of a series of difficult problems in party building work. To raise the scientific level of party building, we must take the party’s ideological and theoretical building as the premise, institutional building as the guarantee, reform and innovation as the driving force, and building a learning-oriented political party as the guide.
