气相色谱/付里叶变换红外光谱联用(GC/FTIR)是分析复杂有机化合物的一种有效方法。这一方法的原理很简单。气相色谱柱流出物通过放置在FTIR仪器光路中的可加热光管,仪器实时记录下各流出物的红外光谱。 实际应用中,常常碰到非常复杂的样品,很难在一根色谱柱上把所有组分完全分离。这样,对于在色谱柱上保留行为近似的各组分,就很难得到纯化合物的光谱,增加了解析红外光谱的难度,自动检索也往往得不到正确的结果。
Gas Chromatography / Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (GC / FTIR) is an effective method for the analysis of complex organic compounds. The principle of this method is very simple. The column effluent passes through a heatable tube placed in the FTIR instrument’s optical path, and the instrument records the infrared spectra of each effluent in real time. In practical applications, often encounter very complex samples, it is difficult to complete separation of all components in a column. In this way, it is very difficult to obtain the pure compound spectrum for each component that retains the similar behavior on the chromatographic column, which increases the difficulty of analyzing the infrared spectrum, and automatic retrieval often can not obtain the correct result.
